He has been a mainstay in the team's defence this campaign but the national squad said no further team additions were planned for the qualifier in the Latvian capital on Tuesday.

Overview
It’s do or die for Ireland, though their hopes of making it to North America may already seem finished. A familiar face in the Portuguese star greets them, and Portugal are top of Group F. At Sporting Club’s stadium, the Irish side confront a huge challenge.
Our other main focus will be European champion Spain, who have triumphed in all their matches so far in Group E, against the Georgian team, who have not yet earned a place for a finals and are targeting for the qualifying playoffs. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been a uncertainty and Liverpool fans will get a opportunity to see Giorgi Mamardashvili.
