Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this new document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a key identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
